Fertility testing for husband

Just a quick question...we have been trying to conceive for 3 years now. I have been through the basic screenings for fertility and so far things have come back OK. Our next step is fertility SCREENING for hubby...since none of this is covered by any insurance, how much can we expect for out of pocket expenses? - initially? If any fertility TREATMENT is needed, then we won't pursue it.
