If you're breast feeding and have no period is it possible to ovulate before your period comes back?

And if you do ovulate will your temp change? I'm trying to figure out NFP while breastfeeding.

  • You got the "yes" on ovulation. Regarding NFP, I found that my temp didn't always rise when I ovulated while breastfeeding. I had to use both CM and temp as a guide. We've been using NFP for more than five years, through two pregnancies.
