So...

North Korea may not have the capability of reaching the United States with a missile yet (if experts are correct), but what about US interests overseas? Overseas US military bases? Embassies? US territories? These are all within the reach of these missiles. And as far as is known, North Korea has yet to find a way to mount a nuclear warhead on the missiles, but that does not keep them from attacking US interests. Am I right or am I just thinking crazy? And does anyone notice that the 4th of July falls right in between these dates?

  • Nope you are right. Everyone is at risk if N Korea gets nukes. The same for Iran and any other terrorist state.

  • Yes, my husband was stationed in Guam and we lived there for 2 years. That's what prompted me to question the safety of US interests overseas right now. It seems everyone is worried about Hawaii, but what about ones that ARE in reach?

  • There are US military bases in Europe. When somebody would attack Americans in foreign soil then the country were the event would occur will deal with that .

  • Yes there are many many us military bases in europe, we were stationed in Spain. I'm just curious why we are so much more concerned about Hawaii when they probably can't reach there? And why Obama is on the news right now making such a big deal of Iran but nothing about NK
