  • No way I had my first boyfriend at 13 and we were together until I was 27. So no way I know what we were doing at 13-14. Not my daughter.

  • No, I would not..
So if her friends were doing drugs you would let her do them?
It's your DD. If you want to let her date at 12 or 13..Go ahead..
    One tip......Birth control!!

  • Calm down louise2, lol. I am saying no way myself. An no, no birth control, not even going there.
Just wondering if other people think it is acceptable. Maybe her friends parents don't know that they are meeting up with boys, hmm.

Answer by Anonymous at 8:55 PM on Jun. 23, 2009

  • Nope. It's also possible that your dd is exaggerating how many parents actually allow this.

  • no... a group of kids in a public place ... kids you know...maybe----- otherwise I would be going with them... this is such a time that when you start this you will not be able to control things later

  • Not a chance in Hell! My kids will be allowed to family date when they are 15, Group dates at 16 with one parent there and single dates after 18! My kids will not get a driver license until they are 18 either! I know I'm strict but that's how I was raised and even though as a teenager I didn't understand it then I do not that I'm a mom! I'm prepared for my kids to hate me, but I want them to have the best life possible!
