Is it ok to be out in 90 deg weather

My older son's swim lessons are outside and I'll have my 2 month old with me, is that ok for baby

  • yeah, as long as you don't keep him out for too long, find shade and get in it as much as possible. if you have too, use the little shade thing that comes on the carseat, and put him in there if there is no shade around. at least he will be out of the sun. also, keep him in light clothing, if only just a onsie.

  • try to stay in the shade and make sure the newborn is hydrated enough from your breastmilk/formula (no need for water since that is provided both of those!). but if your car is nearby and it gets to be too much, maybe sit in your car with the AC on
