  • I think cloth diapers are better.

Regular disposable diapers only have conviences for the parent.

Cloth diapers are more compfortable for the baby, babies with cloth diapers usually have less diaper rash, they are less expensive in the long run! and they are better for the earth and the enviornment.

i might be able to provide some links about some of the info i listed. let me look

  • I did the same thing, mama. With my first two, I knew my mom and my friend's mother's had used cloth, but today we use disposables! However, with my third I decided it might be time to listen to some alternative methods, so I did and sort of dismissed it. I didn't want to wash them, there was no diaper service here, I'd have to fold the diapers on and cover them, etc. However, after my son was born I realized how damn expensive sposies are and looked more into cloth. I learned they have all in one diapers, so you just flop the poop in the toilet and wash them, no big. There's snaps or velcro, one size or small medium large, there is organic materials or synthetic. The list is endless. I have a blog (old one) on cloth diapers, take a read. We all know about sposies, so learn about cloth.

  • Cloth diapers are 100% the way to go! If you read the Cloth diapers 101 section of www.cottonbabies.com you should get some pretty good information.
