  • When: Early afternoon.
    Where: At my home.
    How often: I try to do it 5 times a week. I do light arobics, and then the rest of the day I am cleaning, and I make it to where I have to work to get things, like I live in a multi level home and I have to go down stairs to get the bottle and formula and then bring it back to my 2 month old. Makes for a mini work out. :)

  • Lol! I wish I was more motivated. I need to lose 15 lbs, and I can never seem to get it completely off... I'll get close and then I'll go back up again. For me, it's easiest to work out when I have a friend who's just as motivated. Lately I've only been working out 1-2 days a week. I take a cardio kick boxing class, but it's boring. I'm going to try something else.

  • Everyday(almost). I do barrys bootcamp dvd's, and go for walks.

  • When : Everyday, typically first thing in the morning.
    Where : My house. I used to be an avid gym-rat going to the gym 6 times per week. However, I don't drive and there is no gym within walking distance so this just isn't plausible for me atm.
    How Often : Everyday.
