I am so excited, I have lost 5 lbs in a week and 1/2 !!!! I am GOING to lose more!!!!!

  • congrats! my first 5 pounds came off really quick, now it's slower but still progressing. i've been counting calories and exercising. i've lost 16 pounds since april 7th! most of my exercise is on wii fit, but i do also go for walks and ride my bike on occasion. also i've found that the weight comes off more easily when i drink more water. i take a water bottle with me wherever i go. good luck!

  • 159-119, 5 months, Turbo Jam and just cutting out junk (eating 2 lime tootsie rolls right now lol), drinking nothing but water.

    GOOD FOR YOU! Stay motivated, don't give up, because its so easy to. trust me, this weight I have lost was from a baby I had 3 years ago! I just couldn't get off my butt.

  • I have been walking every morning, seriously cutting back on what and how much I eat. I drink mostly water, and have been doing Wii fit at night too!
