Breastfeeding and summer allergies?

My hayfever allergies are just starting up, any breastfeeding moms with the same problem have any solutions? My daughter's pediatrician said no to allergy medicine while breastfeeding so I'm looking for other solutions :) Thanks!

  • Raw local honey - eating it daily will reduce your allergies and hayfever.
No joke - it really works - but only local honey, as close by as possible.

  • You can take most allergy meds, but I'd stay away from anything with psudoephedrine, because it CAN affect supply.
