Christians, how many friends do you have that are Pagan?

IRL or on CM?
Pagans, same question. How many Christian friends do you have? IRL or CM?

I have 1 RL Christian friend. Probably about 3-5 CM Christian friends.
I have 1 RL Pagan friend (if i dont count my DH) and probably about 3-5 CM Pagan friends. lol.

Is it easy or hard to create and maintain your frienships with people of a different religious view?

  • I have many RL friends that are Christian, atheist, and agnostic. I have a few CM friends and acquaintances that are Christian, atheist, Pagan, agnostic, Hindu, and all that in between. =) Personal religious beliefs rarely have any baring on whom I become friends with.

  • All my real life friends are of the Christian variety.
Online, its about half and half.

Its easy to maintain simply because they accept me for who I am not my spiritual path. Thats hardly ever even a subject(esp. in real life).

  • Honestly... I don't know, I have never asked most of them. I am not even sure what I am right now, I would say that I think most of my friends are agnostic/ or atheist.

  • Most Christians hate Pagans or think they are going straight to hell. They love to look down their noses and preach at  Pagans about their wicked ways, but they are not friends to them. They also think they know all about Pagans, and say stupid things like Pagans sacrifice small animals and other things that are patently false.

  • Uh the Christian friends I have IRL and online don't hate me or tell me I am going to hell.

  • Wow, are so incredibly wrong I don't know where to begin.

I have more Pagan friend on CM then I do in real life but honestly, I don't keep tabs on who believes what.  It simply isn't an issue.

  • i have more xtian friends on CM simply because of the groups i chose to join. most of my RL comrades are of various xtian denominations, including catholic. IRL, i know of one atheist. i know various pagans/witches, but they are only acquaintances.
its easier to maintain relationships with those who are of the same spiritual leaning(or lack of, if that's your choice) simply because its a big issue to share with another human.

  • LOL @ anon 07... You are really showing pure ingorance ...

I have several Pagan sisters (real
    Many Pagan friends on CM
As for Christians... many IRL and one very special United Pentecostal who is more open minded
than most others of the christian faith ...
But to tell the truth, religion in real life hasn't ever been an issue as to who my friends are or are not..

  • Honestly, other then here, I don't have many friends. I don't like most of the women around here who are my age. And it has NOTHING to do with religion and everything to do with attitude.
But, most of the friends I have on here are Pagan, like me. However, I think there are one or two open-minded christians thrown in there.

  • I have friends of all sorts. I am religious (penecostal to be exact) and I believe if you won't hang out with people of all sorts, you aren't getting a chance to share with them why you love your God so much. We are to witness as Christians.
