can i still work out even tho i am 5 weeks pregnant?

  • yes, and you should! ALWAYS try to maintain a healthy life style and exercise routine while pregnant, I did yoga!

  • yes, just avoid any contact sports and make sure you stretch and drink lots of water,

  • You can probably do your normal routine right now, but the farther along you get you might want to take it easier and easier, but still be active. Swim!!!! Swimming is the best exercise ever and there is no risk of impact...also it will be much easier on your joints later on in the pregnancy!
