Is limiting calorie intake to 1800 a day too low for bf-ing?

I haven't lost any weight really since my 2 month old has been born and he's EBF.

  • You can check kellymom.com, but I'm pretty sure 1800 is as low as you can go to still have enough calories to make milk. Just make sure that they're 1800 healthy calories and keep taking prenatals and you should be fine!

  • 9 months on, 9+months off. I gained weight in the first 2 months and now 8.5 months pp I'm down 28lbs and still losing. Try weight watchers!
