Is Bloomberg to blame?

Anyone in New York, should we blame Bloomberg for the numerous increase of public transportation fares?

  • Oh FFS Anon :41 Get a clue. How about some accountability? Stop blaming every damn problem in this nation on undocumented immigrants. The problems with public transit systems are national, not unique to New York. Why? Because they are underfunded, not properly maintained, and poorly managed to boot.

What a nation of excuse makers, lets blame the "foreigners".

  • No. Any increases in fees, fares, taxes, etc., you can blame the governor, but it'll be a waste of time, unless you want to kick out the illegals, and stop all of the social welfare programs. New York is an incredibly expensive city to live in....move to NJ or PA if you want to live cheaper, otherwise it's par for the course!

By the way, do you own a car? If not, then your fares make up for the costs of cars, gas, garaging and tolls the rest of us pay for.

  • Actually, if we had no illegal immigrants we would be a lot better off.
