good diet, vitamins, exercise! I know the 3 hated words...LOL!
HAIR CLASS 101: LOL! your heart pumps blood through out your body and the hair shaft is the last thing to be nourished with oxygen so exercise is essential, vitamins and good diet also. Also lightly rub and scratch you head. Seriously, turn upside down and scratch...it feels so good and it brings the blood flow to the top of the skin where the hair root needs it. do it gently, dont make your head sore...do this every morning and night. It will get thicker and grow. If it doesnt then that usually a sign of a health problem such as high blood pressure, diabetes...or it could be genetic, something nothing can change
