It happens to me a lot too. I find that the stress from the day turns into dreams at night. Best thing I can think of is to not just jump in bed and get right to sleep, just relax and maybe a bubble bath and try and clear your mind.... get your mind off of all the craziness from the day. Hard to take time to do sometimes, but it does help.
