Are you drinking enough water? Being even the teeniest bit dehydrated can leave you feeling droopy, so make sure that you are drinking at least 8 8oz glasses a day (add one glass for every caffeinated beverage, soda or energy drink).
Eating meat and dairy, especially in the heat, can sap your energy, so can eating simple grains/whitefoods/bad carbs. Be sure that every day you are eating 7-8 servings of fruits and vegetables (in at least 3 different colors); 6-7 servings of whole grains and at least two servings of legumes.

If you are drinking enough water and eating a "clean" diet, then you need to see a doctor; you may have a medical issue that is sapping youe energy.
