question on projectile vomiting

my baby is 5 weeks old now, i've been asking about formulas since i struggle with my DD's being constipated, she has been on similac advance for 2 weeks already and she is not constipated, but today she has been vomiting every time i give her formula, what do you think it might be? has anyone been trough this with this formula?? and also if she gets a prescription on nutramigen would it still help with constipation and vomiting?

  • Personally i wouldn't give a baby that young similac advance. Doesn't that formula state it is for babies 6 month- 1 year... That formula is a very harsh formula, you could get a script from the doc for constipation to help if you put her on another formula
