At what age did your daughter start wiping herself after going #2?

Payton is almost 3.5 and has been fully trained for over a year. She wipes herself after going pee, but I still wipe her after going poop. I couldn't imagine letting her do it herself, yet.... I can just picture her smearing poo all over, um, everything.

  • My daughter was cleaning herself by the time she was 4, I was a lot like you, just needed to do it to avoid the mess. They still need help but it happens. Good luck!

  • At daycare, since 2 1/2. At home, now at 3 1/2, she still won't do it.

  • I taught them to do that while we were potty training. To me they weren't potty trained till they can wipe themselves
