what are some foods that are high in Iron?

i am donating blood this Sunday morning but in the past there have been times my iron count has been too low to donate. im eating a dinner with beef Sat night but am wondering what other foods are high in iron that i can eat the day before and in the morning.

  • Tuna fish is high in iron, you may search google for high iron foods or something.

  • Raisins and Beef. I run a little anemic. When I get weak I eat a burger.

    Be sure to have a vitamin C source with your iron souce to increase absorbtion of the iron.
