My best advice is to avoid anything prepackaged. Stick to the perimeter of the grocery store and not the aisles. Eggs toast and fruit for breakfast. sandwiches for lunch. Baby carrots or other cut up fruit or veggies for snack. Dinner could be broiled chicken legs with baked potatoes and broccoli with a salad.
