HCG question at 4 weeks 5 days- very confused

i posted a question about levels of hcg and progesterone and the responsed i got back were kind of un clear. when i had the last bloodwork my levels were 1719 at 5 weeks 5 days. i looked online and that falls into what is normal. but the response i got from some people is that theirs were in the 64000 and higher. if i followed the 48hr doubling chart my levels should have only be in the 600's so i was happy with 1719. my progesterone did drop to 11 so he put me on promethia(spelling) pills. two questions; 1. does anyone else have the same levels at 4 weeks 5 days or around the same and 2. how quickly did your progesterone increase

i am wondering if this website is making worry more than i need to??
