is it normal for kids not to eat or drink when they are teathing and have fluid in there ears

she is 7 months old and is not taking hardly and formula and i have to force the baby food. she is not acting sick at all

  • If her ears are hurting at all, just the physical action of eating and drinking will make them hurt more. That's probably why she doesn't want to. Just continue to offer her food and formula. It would help to give some baby pain reliever about 15 or 20 mins before offering food or formula, with the pain subsided, she may go ahead and take it.
