  • Unopened, it should be good for at least a month past the expiration date.

Opened, not more than ten days.

  • I go by the three day rule, after three days, opened, it is out. To keep it longer I'd freeze it before the third day.

  • I have a large jar that has been opened for a week now. It should still be good then? How do I freeze it?

  • You can freeze it in icecubetrays, if it's for your LO. Then after it's frozen you can keep the little cubes in a ziplock bag. I make my own applesauce, for cereals and stuff, and that's what I do.

  • I've had an open jar in the fridge for a month and it's still good.
