For most women it is 14 days after the first day of your period. Of course some women differ. But what you have to remember is that sperm can live inside you for up to 72 hours and in one study there was live sperm found a whole 7 days later! So if you are trying to not have a baby birth control is a must. People who use the rhythm method (not having sex while the woman is ovulating) have a common title, parents. It is not a reliable way to prevent pregnancy.
