But this doesn't include the cost of doctors' visits, ultrasounds of your ovaries, or follow-up procedures such as artificial insemination. If your insurance policy doesn't cover this treatment, you'll have to pay the cost up front."

    Thats all I could really find for you online other than the cost if you bought stuff online which I think is pretty risky.

    Im sure that price can vary too.
