Has your doctor told you to use pear juice for constipation in a 3 wk old baby?

My doctor just told me to do that because my son is constipated. He said not to water it down or anything and that he can have up to 4oz a day. My only thing is i for got to ask him if it should be warm like his formula is or should i just keep it at room temp. I know he wont take it if its cold he is only 3 weeks. Any ideas?

  • Room temp is perfectly fine and probably better as hot as the weather is.
