Are any of you old enough to have had a traditional (wet) roller-set?

You may know what I mean. Hair is shampooed, covered in setting lotion, set on rollers. You sit under a dryer until it's dry. Then the stylist does a "comb-out," backcombs and sprays your hair. I really loved those hairsets--and still get one whenever I have time. If you haven't had one, you should try it at least once!

  • My grandma was a beautician, so I got one every weekend I visited her so I would have a dressy hairdo for church the next day. I didn't mind. It made her happy.
