My son is 14 and has facial hair. Is it too early for him to start shaving?

  • no, this is around the time for his dad or other male figure to show him how to shave. Take pictures of him while he's doing it. Some boys don't need to until a couple years later, but he has hit the stage of puberty where he is gonna start growing hair on his face, chest, and underarms. Congrats Mama, your boy is turning into a Man...

  • No, it's not too early, if his hair is noticeable, he should shave. It's a hard time for moms, it was for me anyway, to realize that my baby was growing up.

  • It's not to early to start, but remember once he starts he'll have to continue because the hair will grow back faster and faster after each shave while he's going through puberty... I have 3 teenage sons and believe me they wish they had waited, they hate to shave!
