Could the heat/sun be making me nauseated a day later?

I was in the sun with the kids for a few hours yesterday while they went swimming. Today I feel like I could throw up at any moment. Even rocking in my fave rocking chair was giving me motion sickness! I'm trying to decide if this is from the heat, or something I ate for dinner last night.

  • you are probably dehydrated. drink lots of water. eat a kiwi (more vitamin C than orange juice and more potassium than banana) or have a glass of orange juice and a banana

  • Yes, I get sick a day later too. If I'm not in an airconditioned place, I will find one.

  • Oh my gosh...this is misery! The older I get, the less I can take the heat. Sucks because I have work to do around this house.  frown mini
