14 m/o and spinach leaves

can a 14 m/o have spinach LEAVES? he's already tried frozen chopped spinach and did fine with it, but what about spinach LEAVES you buy in the bags?

  • yes I would cut the leafs though to prevent choking just do it with your fingers break it up some

  • yes! I am =) he's got lots of teeth and is a good chewer, but I still take precaution and chop up his food

    Spinach is a super-food and one my son has been eating nearly everyday since he was able to eat regular food. First in pureed baby food, and now in scrambled eggs, etc.

  • As long as he can chew them. Start with a small piece.
