  • it takes a few months to actually lose weight, continue what you're doing and if you haven't lost any weight in 6 months then you might want to talk to your doc. diurex (water pills) helps with weight loss too and make sure you are drink plenty of water everyday, i lost 7 lbs in 2 wks on diurex. don't drink soda bc it will make you retain water and also the sugar in soda turns into fat. how overweight are you? if you don't mind my asking? i was like 20 lbs overweight, i'm pregnant now and just gained it all back bc i crave soda and junk food really bad :( can't wait to get back to my normal size. btw~good luck

  • how many months have you been doing this? ps-diets don't work! eat healthy (lean meats, eggs and veggies) don't EVER starve yourself, and ALWAYS eat breakfast.

  • Make sure that you are drinking enough water
Eat an apple or big pile of veggies before meals.
Eat 7-8 servings of fruits and vegetables a day, in at least 3 different colors
Eat 6-7 servings of whole grains a day
Replace meat and dairy with bean, lentils and tofu (all loaded with calcium and iron).

  • You may NOT drop any weight right away. If you watch your eating carefully, drink at least 8-10 8 oz. glasses of water a day and exercise, it could be a week before you'll see the inches & pounds start dropping. Don't give up!! even if you don't lose a lot of weight you're still doing great things for your body by exercising.

  • Yes, you are being unrealistic & that is wrong. Set realistic goals & you will be/do much better.

  • You may also have a thyroid condition. Ask your doctor to do some bloodwork if all else seems to be failing.

  • Water pills can be dangerous. And all you lose is water, not fat.
