What are some of your favorite low fat foods?

my Dr. wants me on a low fat/high fiber diet, what are some of your favorite snacks and meals? i am not on it for weight loss, but rather digestive problems, so it's not to restrictive other than i have a peanut allergy. raw fruits and veggies tend to tear my stomach up, so i stick with a few basics. i am looking for good boxed bars, oatmeal recipes, good low fat cheeses and things like that. know any tasty ones?

  • My favorite low fat dessert is oat crisp.I put in a mixing bowl,2c. of regular oats,1/2 stick of melted unsalted margarine,1/2c. of blueberries,1/2c. of chopped walnuts,2-3 sprinkles of cinnamon then mix together and spread on a cookie sheet, spray with PAM first.Put in the oven about 400' for about 10 minutes or untill crispy. Though walnuts aren't that low fat they are filled with protein and are a satisfying snack and are better than alot of junk out there.
