Hi! Does anyone know a great way to tone and tighten up your tummy after giving birth?

Mommy of three girls...Jazmyn 3 yrs, Jade 20 months and Jamie 2 months. Yup one after the other, so my tummy has taken a beating :(

The weight is falling off thanks to breastfeeding but just want to tone up as well

  • Pilates are supposed to work well and there are several DVDs out there to help out. I just ordered some so we'll see if it does.
