Don't touch your face and wash your hands a lot with hot soap and water. In addition, use a lot of hand sanitizer before and after you touch anything your child comes in contact with. Be very careful about hugs and kisses too. I have a two-year-old and he gets in my face a lot. Hopefully you can explain not to come near Mommy's face because it hurts, or something like that so your child understands and doesn't feel rejected. I hope you feel better soon.
