Is it the milk?

We just introduced whole milk to my 11 month old son last week. He was getting 1-2 ounce of milk to 6-7 ounces of formula all last week and he did fine. Today though he spit up 3 times which he hasn't done in months. It wasn't throw up and it wasn't a whole lot and it didn't seem to bother him but it was weird. Could it be the milk even though he's been getting it for a week now or is this normal? He doesn't have any other signs of illness.

  • Did his formula have any form of milk in it. A milk allergy can have SEVERAL different signs and just take a little while to get to the point of spitting up. However if it is a reaction he will probably be uncomfortable but if it continues i would stop the milk completly and eliminate it from his diet completly not even a milk protein for about 3 months so he can build up a RASH antibody and try the milk again.
