is a bean and cheese burrito more fatening than a beef taco?

  • probably...refried beans are filled with fat, cheese is fatty tortilla made of flour are high in calories and sometimes fat. A taco if made on a corn tortills that is not fried, and the meat is pulled beef, pork or chicken add lettuce, leave off the sour cream..yeah..the taco is better..but not by much

  • The taco is generally a lot smaller so it has less calories. At Taco Bell for example a beef taco is around 200 and a bean burrito is 350. However, the burrito has 1.5 times more protein and 3 times the fiber so it's going to keep you full a lot longer. A burrito is enough to fill me up for lunch but I'd need 2 tacos to keep me going to dinner time which would be more calories.
