  • No, not at all. You really need to get a book on pregnancy so that you understand what can injure your baby. Quick run down,
    Drugs
    Alcohol
    Cigarettes
MAJOR INJURIES to the abdomen (meaning if someone kicked you repeatedly in the stomach, you need to be checked out)

At 20 weeks exercise is actually good for you and baby, just try not to let your heart rate get over, I think it's 120.

Swinging is in no way dangerous, neither is sliding, jumping, or raising your arms over your head (all things that I have heard people think may be dangerous) Baths are fine too.

Ladies, there are so many wives tales out there about things that are dangerous to the baby, so please, remember that some people just don't know which ones are true and which ones aren't.

  • Ummm..... No. Not unless you went for a flying flip off of it and landed flat on your tummy.

I went knee boarding when I was PG.

  • What are you talking about? A swing for the baby or a swing for you?
