can you still have period cramps if your pregnant?? is it normal for the cramps to come around the same time they useually came around

  • yes as long as there is no bleeding so ur fine its ligament pulling and ur body stretching due to all the hormones good luck!

  • Yes - it's the stretching of your uterus ligaments - it's been the only sign of pregnancy other than some light bleeding after sex for me for both of my pregnancies. You can also have spotting or a full blown period too at around the same time - but usually it's a week before your period would usually start. Totally normal... but if you think you might be wait it out another week and take a test.
