  • That is absurd. Many kids don't get teeth until after their first birthdays. My daughter got her first at 10.5 months and then 5 popped up right behind it. Don't worry! I'm sure your son's teeth will come any time now.

  • My kids were both in their 11 month when they got their first tooth. My daughter was like 4 days before her birthday. Some kids get them even a bit later. I wouldn't be worried.

  • Most doctors aren't concerned until the child is about 15 to 18 months. Many, many kids don't get teeth until after they turn 1.

  • OMG last 2 kids didn't begin to get teeth until 13 and 14 months. Some kids just get their later.

  • I have never heard of that! Not at 1 year old. Change doctors. (At least, I would.)
