What causes tummy fat in kids?

My daughter is 7 and she has rolls of fat on her stomach.She doesn't eat that bad of food,chocolate and cookies occasionally.She isn't that active but she rides her bike alot and walks.

  • Not enough exercise
    Eating too many animal products (meat and dairy)
    Not eating enough fruits and vegetables
    Eating simple grains instead of whole grains.

  • She should have no chocolate or cookies, only fruits and veggies. Get her into something active.

  • My husband brings home the chocolate and cookies and she always finds her way into it.When she went to the doctor for a check up,her height and weight were normal and they said she wasn't over weight.She's tall and big=heavy,it sure worries me.She's not the type who likes to run else I would of had her in soccer.
