How can I prevent my kids from sun?

  • Light colored, thin long sleeves are great. Long skirts or jeans. Hats. Keep them in during the worst part of the day - anytime after 10 am, but especially until 2pm. Apply sunscreen with a 60 SPF when you will be out for any length of time.

  • Sunscreen 30 minutes before you go out then again every 4 hours if you are still out. I also have my boys where hats and sunglasses.
