I havent heard of anything regarding work...a lot of people market different things on there obviously...but with all the BS you hear about backpage and craigslist...i'd be afraid of it..Ive never used I cant might with some of the work from home business groups here on cafemom..they do all types of marketing and job searches. Ive gotten lots of wonderful helpful information from thoses groups...

  • Smaller companies and independent recruiters tend to use Craigslist instead of the " big 3" (monster, hotjobs and career builder) because their postings are free or $25. I have found freelance bookkeeping work through Craigslist; my handyman husband finds at least half of his customers through Craigslist.
I do career & job search coaching. I am always happy to help cafemoms (and dads) with resumes, cover letters, job search strategy & interview preparation. Feel free to contact me directly –Robin
