    teddy grahams
    cheese crackers
    chex mix
    popcorn (but mine are all over 2)
    carrot sticks
    frozen yogurt
    wheat thins (or other snack crackers)

    I also tend to buy low fat/low sodium

  • fruit with yogurt dip
    a mashed egg with hummus, with veggies and whole grain crackers (like Annies bunnies)
    whole wheat tortillias with beans and cheese
    tofu chunks
    whole grain bread with avocado
    whole wheat pasta with marinara or peanut sauce
    veggies with salad dressing dip
    smoothie: frozen blueberries, frozen banana, kale (lots of iron and calcium) orange juice (vitamin c to increase the absorbtion of the iron) yogurt
    avocado pudding

  • My little one will eat about anything. Although lately he has gotten pickier. Here are a few different things that he eats for a snack.

    Graham Crackers
    Nutra Grain Bars
    Cottage Cheese
    Teddy Grahams
    Apples (cut up)
    String Cheese

  • I try to have several things in the house but I usually buy the following or a mix of:
    Manderine (spell) oranges,
    fruit snacks (gummy kinds from Motts)
