another important question for my 11 month old.

can she have grapes if i mush them?

  • I would think that would be fine. But make sure there's no seeds in them.

  • If she's an 11 m/o with no "special needs", then if you quarter (or smaller depending on the size of the grape) the grapes, she can practice picking them up (like with cheerios), they are easy to gnaw on with or without teeth, and she should do OK with them. Sometimes when ours were starting out on grapes, I would peel the grape, because it's harder to swallow. She probably will only eat 1-3 grapes depending on the size. Good luck!
