  • Never heard of that. I've been low on iron before and it only came once a month for me. But everyones different.

  • im very low on iron and have been my whole life and i dontget it every month, i get it like 2-5 tiems a year

  • I doubt it. But I can see the reverse being true... if you have frequent periods, you are much more likely to be low on iron simply because you are losing more blood each month.
