Scrapple anyone? How do you prepare yours?

  • I just slice it and fry it. My husband puts syrup on it.

    momluja, It's a loaf of cornmeal mush with liver wurst mixed in to it.

  • Ewwww, sorry!!! I could handle the cornmeal log of mush but not the liverwurst.

  • Slice it 1/3 of an inch thick. Put a good amount of fat in the pan, fry it for 10-15 minutes on each side (till brown and crispy). Let it cool on a paper towel for a couple minutes. Dip it in ketchup and enjoy.
