What are some healthy meals to help with weightloss when im 100% breastfeeding?

Any meal suggestions that are tasty and take less than 30 minutes to make? Any meals i can premake and eat later? etc

  • Just always try to add some kind of protein, like meat, cottage cheese, yogurt, beans lentils or protein powder. Then add in some veggies. I always try to eat these together then have a good slice of bread with fiber and whole grain for a card because I like bread.
