do they get shots?

at a 3 year check up? i thought they did but someone said they didnt... also what else do they normally go over? our dr is very fast so i dont want to miss anything...

  • It depends on the doctor. Ours received no shots at their three year. But that would depend on the vaccination schedule you're following. Here they get their last ones at 15 months until they turn 5.

    It was just a regular well visit. They ask about development and if I have any concerns.

  • According to my dds shot record no she don't have to get them again till she starts kindergarten

  • I don't think they do at 3, unless they are behind in vaccines. I think the next shots are before Kindergarten.

  • My son just had his 3yr check up he is up to date and current on all the shots- so he did not get any at this appointment.
    My son got weighed, measured, they wanted to take his bp but he refused, the doctor looked at his eyes/ears/throat - general exam stuff.
    The nurse asked the routine questions about my son's overall health, diet, bedtime....
