  • IMO, success is achieving a balanced life, well enough to bounce back if worst is to happen, physically, mentally & financially.

  • There are so many things to consider, so many different parts of life.

Financially, if I'm not worried about making the next mortgage payment or what's going to happen if an unexpected repair comes out of things, then I would consider myself successful.

If I'm recognized within whatever job field I choose for doing things well and working hard, then I'd consider myself successful.

If my daughter grows up happy and well loved by her family and friends and, most of all, herself, then I would consider myself successful.

And personally, I will consider myself successful when I finish college.
