Ever had a lump in your cheek?

I found a painful lump in my cheek and I hope it's not serious. I just got done dealing with a form of cancer, getting radiation treatment. I looked up cheek lump in webmd and it came up with some forms of mouth cancer, all having radiation exposure as a risk factor.

Yes, I plan on seeing a doctor about this. I just want to know if anyone else has dealt with this, if there are any other less dramatic causes.

  • I've had cysts and calcium deposits in my mouth...and they went away on their own.

But considering your history, I think it's wise to stick with seeing the doc about it.
